Adorned hair.
Got the idea from Sunnie Brook Jones beauty blog, and the sparkle you see in the braid is strings of silver beads intertwined within the braid. This pic was of my first attempt. My second attempt went much better and I continued the braid all the way around the other side of my head.
Favorite Things Party Favor Bags (these pictures are terrible, I know!).
Owen drew a picture on each bag, personalized for each friend (see Scooby Doo on the far right?), and the bags included a felt mask, crayons, a pad of paper, 6 suckers, pack a gum, balloon, and 2 paper airplanes.
